We are not a producer — primary or secondary — of any of the visual content accessible through outbound links on this site, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.

EliteSexCams does not produce, film, upload, host, store, or transmit any photographs, video, live streams, or other visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. All such content is created, hosted, and delivered entirely by the third-party cam platforms on which each model broadcasts. Thumbnails and previews displayed on this site are supplied by those platforms and remain hosted on their infrastructure.

Records custodianship

Because EliteSexCamsdoes not produce or host any visual content, records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are kept by the originating content producers — the third-party cam platforms and the performers who broadcast on them. Each such platform acts as the custodian of records for the content it hosts.

Requests for 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records relating to any specific content must be directed to the originating platform that produced and hosts that content, as identified on the destination site reached through an outbound link. EliteSexCams is unable to provide these records because it neither produces nor holds them.

Age verification & adults only

EliteSexCamsis strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Every performer accessible through this platform is represented by the originating cam platform to be an adult who has completed that platform’s identity and age-verification process. We surface only content from platforms that require such verification and we do not knowingly index any performer who is not a verified adult.
