Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-03

This Privacy Policy explains how EliteSexCams(“we ”, “us”), operated by Very Digital Agency LLC from the European Union, processes personal data when you use elitesexcams.com. We act as the data controller and process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We deliberately collect as little personal data as possible. We do not operate user accounts and do not ask you to register. We process:

  • Analytics data— aggregated, largely anonymized usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics 4.
  • Cookies— small files used for analytics and basic site functionality. See the Cookies section below.
  • Click logging— when you click an outbound link, we may record the event together with a one-way hashed representation of your IP address (never stored in raw form), the referring page, and your browser user-agent, for fraud prevention and traffic-quality measurement.

We do not collect special-category data and never ask you to submit sensitive personal information.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics and non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security, fraud prevention, and measuring the performance of outbound links. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage. GA4 sets cookies and may process data on our behalf as a processor. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from browsing the site.

Third-party links & processors

EliteSexCamsis a discovery platform that links to independent third-party cam platforms. When you follow an outbound link, you leave our site and the destination platform’s own privacy policy applies. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the data practices of those platforms.

We use Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and DDoS protection) and Google Analytics 4 (analytics) as processors. These providers process limited technical data strictly to deliver and secure the service.

Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained for the period configured in GA4 and no longer than necessary. Hashed click-log records are retained only as long as needed for fraud prevention and traffic measurement, after which they are deleted or further aggregated.

Your rights under the GDPR

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (the Data State Inspectorate).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
