EliteSexCamsis a discovery and affiliate platform and does not host, store, or serve the underlying images or video — that content resides on third-party cam platforms. Where possible, copyright complaints should be sent directly to the platform hosting the content. We will nonetheless act on and forward valid notices concerning material referenced on our site.

Filing a notice

To report allegedly infringing material, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes all of the following, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the specific URL(s) on our site, sufficient to let us locate it;
  • your contact information (name, address, email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review it and, where the material is referenced on our site, remove or disable the reference and/or forward the notice to the hosting platform. We maintain a policy of terminating references to repeat infringers where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
